We didn't get to stay very long and explore the hotel and the area much. Staff was super helpful on our arrival rather late and gave us parking directly in front of the hotel. Breakfast was very good, fresh, and excellent coffee. The weather that day was uncooperative but we enjoyed our early breakfast before we had to depart. Thank you.

What a beautiful hotel with amazing views. The breakfast was delicious and front desk/waitstaff are super friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better experience for my first time and first hotel in Italy. Hotel and rooms felt clean.

The Hotel is perfectly located on one of the best beaches in the area, only 10 min walk to both Lerici and San Ternezo for restaurants and nightlife. The rooms we had were all with an ocean view and were clean and comfortable. The only thing missing, and I believe this is a missed opportunity, is a restaurant/Bar at the amazing rooftop terrace. They could call it BellaVista and serve Aperols to the beautiful sunset.

Nice hotel with view to the beach. The room ARE freshl, renovated and the size is ok. Only the wardrobe is really small. The breakfast was good for Italian hotels even if the corona measures ARE a little bit strange.

My daughter and I stayed in the balcony room, and the view was great! Free parking just in front of the hotel is very convenient too. However, the hotel is rather old, the rooms are stuffy and the service below expectations. They had a water outage for 1 day and a Wifi outage for the other day we stayed here - which can happen - but they didn't offer to compensate us in any way. Disappointing.

We were just at the beach. Clean and ok. Good for children as the water is quite shallow. We however had to pay the full afternoon fare of EUR 15,00 (umbrella, two beds) although we arrived at 5pm. Shower only for a fee: EUR 0,20 cold, EUR 1,00 for the warm shower 😕 - also for guests that paid for umbrella and bed. A little greedy if you ask me ...

For location, comfort and price, this hotel is spot-on. Car parking is convenient (a concern everywhere in much of Italy), in a nearby public lot, which you are directed to upon check-in. The 10 minute walk to town is perfectly seaside. On the roof-deck we enjoyed watching the sun set over the bay of La Spezia.
